How to Book
It is possible to provisionally book a place on a course. To make a provisional booking, please call +44 (0) 151 282 4282 or book online using the online course booking form.
Provisional bookings will expire after 10 working days or within 5 working days of the start date of the course, whichever is sooner, unless they have been confirmed.
To make a booking (or to confirm a provisional booking) the Training Course Booking Form must be completed and returned, along with payment, to Connect at the contact details below:
Course Bookings Team, Connect Internet Solutions Ltd, 4th Floor, New Barratt House, 47 North John Street, Liverpool, L2 6SG.
The Training Course Booking Form is available after selecting the course you wish to attend on the Connect Training website at http://www.connecttraining.co.uk/ or can be returned by fax to +44(0)151 282 4322 or by post to the above address.
For a booking to be confirmed it must be accompanied by payment. Please see Methods of Payment below.
Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Booking before you submit a booking. By placing a booking you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted them.
Methods of Payment
Payment of the course fees must be made in advance and should be made at the time of placing a booking.
Payment can be made by cheque payable to Connect Internet Solutions Ltd or by credit/debit card by phoning +44 (0) 151 282 4282.
If required, an invoice can be issued. This must be specified on the Training Course Booking Form at the time of booking along with an official Purchase Order Number. Invoices must be settled within 30 days or in advance of the training course, whichever is sooner. Please note that a booking is not secured until payment is received.
All payments quoted are exclusive of VAT, which is applicable at the standard rate.
Bookings can only be cancelled in writing by post or email.
Cancellations within 10 working days of the training start date will be charged the full course fee. Cancellations within 11 – 20 working days of the training start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations within 21 – 30 working days of the training start date will be charged 25% of the course fee. Cancellations more than 30 working days in advance of the course will incur no charge.
It is possible to substitute an alternative delegate on any place booked at no additional cost.
A confirmed booking may be transferred to another of Connect’s courses, availability permitting, providing that course takes place within three months of the date originally booked. Connect is not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available.
Requests to transfer should be made in writing by post or email.
Transfers made within 10 working days of the training start date will incur a charge of 50% of the full course fee. Transfers made within 11 – 20 working days of the training start date will be charged 25% of the course fee. Transfers made within 21 – 30 working days of the training start date will be charged 15% of the course fee. Any such fees due will revert to a cancellation fee in respect of the original booking if the transferred booking is subsequently cancelled.
A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. Subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations.
Course Content and Programme Schedule
Connect Internet Solutions reserves the right to alter the advertised schedule of courses, which may include cancellation of a course. Where Connect cancels a course, individuals with confirmed bookings on that course will be offered alternative dates. If none can be provided then a full refund will be given.
Connect Internet Solutions reserves the right to alter or amend the advertised content of any course without notice in order to continuously provide a high quality service or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Connect Internet Solutions will not be liable for any losses or expenses, including consequential, arising from any such alterations or amendments to the programme content and schedule including cancellation.
Acceptable Use of Facilities
In placing a booking you agree to abide by Connect’s Acceptable Use Policy relating to the use of Connect’s facilities. This policy requires the following:
Connect’s premises are non-smoking and all delegates are required to adhere to this policy.
Connect reserves the right to refuse access to its facilities and premises where there is reason to believe that a delegate is in breach of these conditions or where a delegate uses threatening, bullying, harassing or disruptive behaviour. Connect will not be liable for any losses or expense (including course fees and consequential damages) incurred by a delegate arising from such an exclusion.
